Chacha Sands-Little is the sole founder and driving force behind Beacon, having conceived, built, and curated every element of the brand and platform. With a background spanning creative direction, storytelling, and design, she led the end-to-end development of Beacon—shaping its editorial voice, visual identity, community strategy, and business model. From forging hundreds of creator relationships worldwide to leading volunteer teams and interns, her ability to inspire and mobilize talent speaks to the strength of the mission. Under her leadership, Beacon evolved from a mere concept to a vibrant cultural platform and proof of what's possible with vision, passion and determination.
