With a background spanning creative direction, storytelling, and design, she led the end-to-end development of Beacon—shaping its editorial voice, visual identity, community strategy, and business model. From forging hundreds of creator relationships worldwide to leading volunteer teams and unpaid interns, her ability to inspire and mobilize talent speaks to the strength of the mission.
