🌍 Remote Submission Guidelines 🌎
Can’t make it to The Edit Lab in NYC? Submit remotely and still compete. We’re accepting editorials from anywhere in the world—work with your own team, on your own schedule, and bring the theme to life on your terms.
THEMES
Choose from any of this season’s open-ended prompts:
Bad Apple
Couch Potato
Nut Case
All themes are open to interpretation and not limited to fashion. Let your imagination run wild—fashion, conceptual, abstract, or experimental editorials are all welcome.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: December 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST
ENTRY FEE: $25 per team member per editorial submission
Each editorial concept requires a separate entry and fee. Multiple submissions are allowed.
For prize eligibility, all members listed on your team must be credited and pay their own participation fee.
Winners will be announced on December 12, 2025 at our Season-End Celebration at The Virgin Hotel NYC. (Attendance not required to win.)
Winning teams will be spotlighted across Beacon platforms and featured on a permanent archive page. Select entries may also be published in Beacon’s hardcover book series.

You may submit up to 5 images per editorial—these may include variations in model, styling, set, or composition.
However: Only one image from each submission will be selected by our team for public judging and voting.
Additional images may be selected for print or digital features. Contributors will be contacted if chosen for publication.
